Rockingham Educational Foundation's Annual "Chip In" For Quality Schools Golf Tournament - see Tournament Info Page
Foursomes compete in a Captain's Choice format to vie for the Corporate, Alumni, and Superintendent's Cups. On-site events include a putting contest, long drive contest, closest-to-the-pin, contest, and silent auction. Lunch is provided for all participants. Proceeds from this fundraiser go to supporting the various REFI programs such as Early Literacy, Innovative Idea Grants, and After-School programs.
"Partners In Education" Banquet - see Pictures
The "Partners In Education Banquet is held each in during the month of May. During the evening, REFI presents scholarships to graduating seniors, recognizes our corporate sponsors and the RCPS "Teachers of the Year."
Barnes and Noble BookFair - see Pictures
The Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc. held the first annual "Barnes and Noble BookFair" in November, 2007. Proceeds from this fundraiser go to supporting the various REFI programs such as Early Literacy, Innovative Idea Grants, and After-School programs.
State of the Schools Breakfast - see Pictures
The "State of the Schools Breakfast" is held each November. Business and community leaders are invited to a breakfast at which time the Division Superintendent updates them on the current state of the Rockingham County Public Schools.
REFI Fall Gala and Auction - see Pictures
The Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc., sponsors an annual "Fall Gala and Auction" at which time participants are invited to bid on a variety of exciting auction items. Funds from this event help support various REFI programs.
